We can ship to almost any address in the world. Our courier will not ship to a post office box so please provide a physical address. For orders outside the US or Canada, please see International Orders below.

If you are ordering from another seller like Amazon.com or eBay, they have different shipping Policies which are not covered by The MCAT Store's policies nor guarantees.

Delivery Time

We ship out on average within 48 hours. You should receive your package in the continental US or Canada within 4-6 business days of shipment. When you place an order for outside the continental US or Canada, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Cost

Shipping costs for orders from The MCAT Store is $5 US per item to the continental US and Canada. Orders of $100 or more ship free to the continental US and Canada. Orders through our affiliates Amazon.com and eBay are different and are not covered by our shipping policies. Please see below for International Orders.

Money Back Guarantee

We guarantee only products shipped directly from The MCAT Store (not affiliates such as Amazon.com and eBay which have separate policies which you should inquire about). We guarantee that we have, to the best of our abilities, determined the accuracy of the information presented in our listings. There is no money back guarantee for GAMSAT products.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for books or materials in quantities of 10 or more as well as any GAMSAT products. CDs, DVDs, other electronic media or new books containing software that have been opened are also not returnable. Any expenses that we have incurred relating to paid and/or "free" packing and/or shipping of your product as well as any temporary, "free," and/or paid online access is not refundable and will thus be charged at prevailing rates.

DVDs

Unopened CDs, DVDs or cassettes (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within 30 days of shipment. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

International Orders 

International orders (outside the US and Canada) ship out on average within 48 hours. There are 2 methods for shipping any order ranging from 1 product to 7 separate products: $30 US for regular delivery (4-12 weeks) and $90 US for express delivery (8-10 business days). As a free bonus to our international clients, we will provide free temporary online access to your videos from The MCAT Store while you await your shipment. NO RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
